On the site http://rationalwiki.org/wiki/Disproving_evolution I see a possible major problem.
Consequently any of the following would destroy the theory: If it could be shown that, organisms with identical DNA has different genetic traits.
This may not be true according to how it is meant. One of the working definitions of epigenetics is the differences in individuals with identical genetics.
Just thought this might be worth bringing up.
