For those living in an alternate reality, Conservapedia has an "article" about Mobocracy

Mobocracy (literally "rule by the mob") is a pejorative term used to denigrate the concept of democracy, which is the ruling principle of sites like Wikipedia. Although Wikipedia has rules which must be followed to regulate the behavior of users, certain Conservapedia admins (such as ASchlafly) have declared that Wikipedia is a mobocracy.[1] Mobocracy is apparently undesirable because it doesn't allow the right people to control content or action. As such, Conservapedia is not run as a mobocracy, but as a fundamentalist, theocratic Ministry of Propaganda.

Mobocracy is actually a layman's neologism for ochlocracy, and it is also the governing principle of RationalWiki.
