There seems to have been a bit of a rush on today.

I am always down for passive aggressive tactics.

Really not following you. I noticed on PZ's blog everyone that has commented seem to be anti-lambic beer (not to be confused with Beer Lambert), especially fruit ones. As you seem to reserve your strongest opinions for beer, what are your thoughts?

Where am I? Who are these messages?

Perhaps you have Trent's talk page on your watchlist? Now we be using the liquid threads.

Yeah, now apparently you have to unwatch his page and individually watch each thread you're interested in, otherwise the whole mess gets tossed in the "New Messages" bin.

Kind of like how every edit to that talk page is already thrown in to your "watch list" bin...

Nonsense. My watch list isn't one undifferentiated number. I can just go to RC or Watchlist, see what conversations are bolded and think "hmm, there's a good conversation there" and either wander over to have a look or not. It's not brain surgery, and it's not some great burden. LQT isn't providing any great improvement in that sense, honestly.

I can see where it's useful in avoiding indenting issues and ECs, sure, and I can get used to the layout easily enough although it's hardly perfect. But I don't see it as 100% great either. Basically it's something for the hobbyists who like tinkering with shit like this, but I wouldn't recommend putting it on tWIGO:CP or the Saloon Bar. It's not ready for prime time quite yet.

I think your ability to know what is behind a link in the watch list must be better than mine. I'm more concerned with satisfying the OCD that none of them should be bold by the time I log out.

I do have the superpower of a memory that lasts more than 10 minutes, yes. I promise to use it wisely, though.
