I notice that Jizzshoes gets to explain his CP user name on his talk page (funny I didn't see that escape clause in the commandments) whereas GenghisK got blocked without even having made an edit. Of course "GenghisK" as a user name fully complies with the Conservedpia standards - first name and last initial. So who is a numbnuts blocker (I won't call him an editor as he has made virtually no substantial edits to the CP project) to say whether a user's name is real or not? Here in Kazakhstan (what no checkuser, Jizz?), Genghis is not an uncommon name and K is one of the commonest initials for a surname. (BTW it doesn't stand for Khan or Khant). Of course Jizz's real stupidity is that he blocks someone whose identity he does know and tells them to create an account with a name he doesn't know. Surely it is easier to keep tabs on someone when they are in the open rather then forcing them to go underground. Did you really think I created an account with the name everyone knows me by in order to vandalize? Doh, how clever you are! It was also interesting to note that Jizz ignored all the names which were also created around the same time and didn't fit the first name last initial and picked the only one which did - GenghisK. Why? Because he's just a small-minded, vindictive little punk, who got so upset that he was called a hypocrite over his name blocks that he posted replies on WIGO, my talk page and my amazingly inactive blog. Pathetic. [[Image:jollyfish.gif|25px]][[User:Genghis Khant|Genghis]]{{User:Genghis Khant/sigtalk}} 13:08, 21 August 2008 (EDT)

Hi Wave.gif. Welcome, and thanks for making an edit - though I'm not sure that you fully understand what the site is about. If you'd like to know a bit more about the site please have a look at our RationalWiki:Newcomers' guide as this could clarify things.--Bobbing up 14:16, 1 August 2008 (EDT)

RE: Paris Hilton

So Jinx, regarding this conversation:

I'm sure Hollywood doesn't need anymore attention, but if you watched the news this morning, I'm sure you caught of glimpse of her "campaign ad". o.O Natebecause people listen to what I say? 11:58, 6 August 2008 (EDT) I wonder how many takes that took. I'd love to see the outtakes reel. Jinxmchue 12:03, 6 August 2008 (EDT) Half-way through, when the rant about hybridization of energy plans begins, it doesn't even look like her. The close-up sections are there so she can read the cards close-up, in huge, pretty text. o.O Natebecause people listen to what I say? 13:04, 6 August 2008 (EDT) Yeah, I got that impression, too. The cue card guy probably spelled out everything phonetically for her. Jinxmchue 13:11, 6 August 2008 (EDT)

lets cut through the jabbering and look at the real issue... Are you more upset because Paris Hilton is richer than you will ever be? Has more friends and adoring fans than you will ever have? Is much better looking than you could ever hope to attain in a girl or are you just pissed because she put out a better campaign ad than your candidate? and while we're on the subject, I'm in contact with a really nice practice for a possible internship in my Psychology studies, we can get you a nice bed with rest and maybe even some peanut butter if you wanna bring your dog. Do you know why conservatives hate her? It's not because of Hollywood Values, the Hilton's are a Republican family. (They donated the maximum to the McCain campaign). It's not even because of the sex tape. It's because of her FRENCH name. δλερνερ διαλέγομαι | συνεισφέρω 11:54, 19 August 2008 (EDT)

No, I think it's probably because she's a vacuous pseudo-personality (Hate mail to the usual address, please)Jellyfish! Why don't you quiet down? 11:58, 19 August 2008 (EDT)
People in general have a very strong dislike because she's seen as a non-celebrity celebrity. People think she's never done anything to deserve her fame (despite the fact that she has a clothing line, a perfume line, a pop Cd, numerous acting roles of varying quality and other real claims) and also, I think there's a lot of jealousy for some people. She was born into a wealthy family, she's attractive and she doesn't act humble or play the modesty card.... All those things add up. and to Dlearner's comment, the best part was when the Hilton's got pissed and demanded a refund from Mccain. First rule of politics: Don't piss off your donors. SirChuckBThis country needs more Rutabegas 12:02, 19 August 2008 (EDT)
None of those things earned her celebrity -- it would be more accurate to say they spent it. Jellyfish! Why don't you quiet down? 12:12, 19 August 2008 (EDT)
I think she's smarter then she lets on, or at least smart enough to know which business advisers to listen to. And she completely owned McCain in that video. That's really bad. CorryI think hallucinations are a side effect of Teamocil. 12:19, 19 August 2008 (EDT)
According to things I've read, she's actually a very intelligent person. But I must disagree with Chaos/Jellyfish. in this country, people become celebrities for many reasons. Everything from actors to singers to political activists can become celebrities. Not to mention, in America, being a young attractive female is reason to be considered a celebrity (Tila Tequila anyone?) and as I've said from the beginning. Paris Hilton wouldn't be a celebrity if it weren't for people clamoring(sp?) to get stories on her. Anyone else remember the debacle at her reimprisonment (which I still hold to be illegal but that's another argument) it wasn't just freelance photographers and poparazzi, there were reporters and cameras from every major network in the country. Paris Hilton's merits can be argued all day, and both sides have good points, but the celebrity was caused by people following the stories and tuning in to see the saga as it unfolded. As Dennis Miller said (before he lost his mind) that after you create the monster, you can't grab a torch and join the mob to kill it. SirChuckBThis country needs more Rutabegas 12:22, 19 August 2008 (EDT)
I have to side with Jellyfish in that I don't find Paris Hilton very attractive or interesting. As for what she's famous for, I reckon she just plays up to a stereotype (or archetype) that people love or hate in equal measure. weaseLOIdWeaselly.jpgbite me 13:11, 19 August 2008 (EDT)

"Note: Offensive user names will result in that user name being blocked and perhaps the IP address being blocked. Frivolous user names, names of prominent living persons, and user names consisting of, for example, all capital letters or all the same character, may also result in that user name being blocked. User names based on your real name or initials are preferred. Also, do not create multiple accounts."
The only part the name in question arguably violates from the above is the frivolous part (then again, arguably so does yours), regardless, you're still blocking somebody for a rule you aren't following and you don't seem very interested in doing the same thing to, say, Karajou or Conservative. My point stands. NightFlarei haz a talk page. 10:48, 20 August 2008 (EDT)
It looks like Jizzy is the stupid one (really, such a hateful personality for a professed Christian). Does he honestly think that everyone uses their "real" real name when they sign up? What are you jibber-jabbering about, Jinx? We're all aware of CP username policy. Jinx, if you were any dumber, we'd have to turn you towards the light and water you twice a week..... Do you think I haven't looked at your inane ramblings? Of course. It was an ironic hypothetical to shine light on the fact that you and your fuck buddies ban people for name violations all the time while major posters don't follow the rule. On a side note, Nice try to change the subject with the whole Real Name thing... that's not what I'm talking about.... I'm talking about this:
We do not encourage anti-intellectual editor names that are attracted to Wikipedia. For example, the Wikipedia administrator who initially deleted the entry about Conservapedia uses the name "Nearly Headless Nick." The Hartford Courant observed that another editor posted under the name "The Ostrich." These names send an inappropriate anti-intellectual message for an encyclopedia.
You fucking moron SirChuckBThis country needs more Rutabegas 22:40, 20 August 2008 (EDT)
SCB, I beg to differ. If Jinx hi Jinx! was any smarter we would have to attend to the needs of a complex, photosynthesizing organism. As it is, all it probably needs is some agar (or citrate?) every few days. ħumanUser talk:Human 23:15, 20 August 2008 (EDT)
Wait, do you know even know what the words "preferred" and "optional" means? If anything, that gives strenght to my argument. And just like the weasel said you're still not following the instructions you gave or even gave the blocked user the chance to state his real name (specially considering editing his userpage right away would constitute a 90/10 violation) like you did which supposedly makes everything OK. By the way, various sysops aren't even complying with this made-up-on-the-spot distinction that apparently only you care about, so, when are you going to block them?
But hey, it's never too late to imitate a moron; Holy fucking shit, you're even a bigger dimwit that I could've ever imagined, apparently I the "irrational one" must be the one to explain you, the almighty conservatives, about the rules of their own site.
