Sysop
I regret to inform you that having spent over two weeks here, you cannot escape the numbing inevitability of life demotion to sysop. Here's the guide, feel free to ask about anything. Cheers.

Hiya--article you wrote.
"No pages link to Vulgar libertarianism." Can you find or create some germane links when you've a sec? Much obliged! P-Foster (talk) 03:57, 31 January 2011 (UTC)

Glad you like my boxen. Blue, I am surprised by that -- I'd think this is an INTP haven. Although I also think MBTI is kinda bullshit. — Unsigned, by: Nebuchadnezzar / talk / contribs
- I thought so too. But it seems INTPs are a rare bunch, even here. And imnsho, MBTI is the educated man's astrology.

minor edits
While I don't think there is an official policy, minor edits are pretty much spelling, grammer, wikilinks etc. Тиранесrecollect Audi, seize tank? 17:20, 7 February 2011 (UTC)

Jewish atheist?
How is this possible, when being Jewish denotes that one has a religion? The computer virusGet infected 16:30, 8 February 2011 (UTC)
- It's not necessarily a religious identity. Many secular Jews like me view it as an ethnic and/or cultural identity. Some secular Jews who view themselves as agnostic atheists might have a naturalistic view of god when they consider whether they'd accept one. I hazard to guess that lots of Reconstructionist, Conservative, and Reform Jews are atheists. Have a look at wp:Mordechai Kaplan and wp:Jewish atheism.
- Yep, we are in pretty good company too: Jewish atheists. As a Jewish atheist, I'm not just part of a mass conspiracy to undermine the Christian ValuesTM of the nation's children, I'm also stealing your money through the use fractional-reserve banking and brainwashing you through the use of the librul-Jewish media. It's a living. Nebuchadnezzar (talk) 17:04, 8 February 2011 (UTC)

Well done! What's generating the list of topics to work from? - David Gerard (talk) 00:24, 9 February 2011 (UTC)
Nothing in particular, really. My semester has barely started, I'm kinda sick, and there's like 3 feet of snow outside and the city hasn't plowed a lot of it, so I have a shitload of time on my hands. It'll probably slow down exponentially by next week or so. :D Also, a lot of my contributions have been on libertarianism and economics, which were kind of content-dry when I signed up. - I have heard an idiot on the local radio station, who calls himself a libertarian whenever the GOP does something he doesn't like, say that libraries are unfair competition for book stores. ТyTalk. 03:56, 17 February 2011 (UTC)
- Yeah, Instapundit-style libertarianism, or "glibertarianism." Damn that gummint for being able to do something the free market couldn't. And damn freely available information as well. Everyone knows you should have to pay $12.99 a book if you want to learn things. It's the 'Merican way! Nebuchadnezzar (talk) 04:02, 17 February 2011 (UTC)
