Jewish Template
- If you really want to change it back, by all means go ahead. But I think some would find it offensive, don't you? Bohdan
- The Jewish userbox. Something about Jews controlling RW. Bohdan 00:28, 5 August 2007 (CDT)
I suppose you're right. That sort of thing is more appropriate for Uncyclopedia, not necessarily here. --

Incessant "welcome" vandalism
PS, you are welcome, sorry you got caught in the silly Saturday Night crossfire of old friends. Grab a goat when you have the time, and we very much welcome someone as wiki-savvy as yourself. Enjoy. humanbe in 01:18, 5 August 2007 (CDT)
Identity
We've nothing against Jews here, but you aren't Fox or Lulz back with a new identity are you? Genghis Khant 02:50, 5 August 2007 (CDT)
No. And I resent that accusation, having been around for a while on other wikis under this same username (you'll find links to my userpages on other wikis on the userpage I have here). --

Great, now i had to find an intertube just to deal with this. What's wrong with a Jewy template??11!! I have one. Many xtians have xtian templates. I hope my Ukrainian friend was kidding. User:PalMD Oh, and BTW, welcome!!! Love the name.
- Yes, I've been wondering about this as well. Maybe I've missed something, but what is the alleged problem with the template?--Bob_M (talk) 07:11, 5 August 2007 (CDT)

slander
I'll let the slander go for now, if you explain what this "!!!1!1!!!111!!" means. user:Bohdan

- It's just a way of abusing exclamation points used on the internet. More specifically, immature people sometimes say "OMG!!!1!1!1!11!!" on the internet, and I was parodying them. --My cat is smarter than Andrew Schafly RA harass stalk 16:44, 19 December 2007 (EST)

- Anti-Idaho sentiment is a real problem these days. user:Bohdan 23:13, 20 December 2007 (EST)

- That green just doesn't look right... How about a different pair of shades of blue/purple? Or it might look better if that section had a very light green background so the header would match it? Also, I hate to say this, but although the links there were a great idea, they would fit nicely under the "contents" stuff. What do you think? human
19:18, 22 December 2007 (EST)
- I'll let you fuss with the colors. Anything but the old, monotonous baby-colors scheme. As for fitting the links under the contents section, I disagree. The contents section is already a bit bloated. Additionally, I feel we need to draw special attention to the debates and essays. Really, they are the only thing that differentiates us from other wikis—that users are expected to express their opinions. The nature of the contents section is that everything in it is an article. While you can and are encouraged to contribute to them, their end goal is to be articles, not vehicles for personal expression. I feel that having a particular section that emphasizes the need for participation is highly valuable, more valuable than, say, stuffing it under the generic "contents" section. --Wandalise me Bohdan! <-- Ah, ok, good points about the placement, thanks. I'll fuss with the colors and feel free to comment on what I do here, at my talk page, or main page talk.
By the way - that lining up probelm you mentioned is caused by an extra table of some sort on the right hand side. You can "see" it if you take the first bgcolor thing on the "right side" code and change it to 000000 and preview - you'll see a black line at the top, and chunk of black at the bottom. I am still trying to figure out what to remove to make that go away (I should sandbox it so I can break it over and over again without hurting the site!)
Oh, and how do you feel about putting those "blurb" subfiles directly into the miscellanea file? Thanks again! human
