Vandalism consists of editing an article (or any page) on a wiki not in accordance with that wiki's goals.
For example, a vandal editor adding an original thought to Wikipedia would be committing vandalism. In a similar fashion, an editor adding anything true to Uncyclopedia would be guilty of kitten huffing vandalism. Somewhat ironically, any editor adding thought or truth at Conservapedia will not only be adjudicated guilty of vandalism (and summarily hanged), but probably sockpuppetry, trolling, and being 95% liberal as well. Godspeed!
