- Yes. They're from Barbara Forrest's textual analysis for the Kitzmiller case. I believe some of her work is on the NCSE site in the Dover trial materials section.

- All I see is her graph. I looked in the testimony, and I don't think the numbers (like the numerals) were actually there. Just her kinda gross graphs.
