Forum:Reverting forum threads

I know that we don't revert talk pages, except under very specific circumstances, so would the same policy apply to forum threads? There have been a few reversions today to remove comments made by our village idiot, and moronic though they may be, I don't think that they should be reverted. Any thoughts? --ConcernedresidentAsk me about your mother 18:21, 28 January 2010 (UTC)

You've been removing my forum comments? ħumanUser talk:Human 23:53, 28 January 2010 (UTC)
Well, the policy of talk pages should apply to all forums, even though they're "technically" article spaces. I have no problem taking things off talk if they're obvious spam. And I also have no problems in doing what I piloted elsewhere such as putting them inside small tags and moving them elsewhere, the bottom of the section, for instance. Makes sense to me. We have the vandal bin for preventing crap floods, and the forums really are just talk pages with bells and whistles. Yup, your moving is good. The record remains, but the whining noise is turned down a little. --ConcernedresidentAsk me about your mother 23:43, 28 January 2010 (UTC)
