Suggest include an assortment of 'end of the internet' pages - there are many, some of them amusing. 82.44.143.26 (talk) 18:58, 3 March 2011 (UTC)

Also the 'switch off the internet button' at [1]. 82.44.143.26 (talk) 17:50, 21 March 2011 (UTC)

This article is crap[edit]

A bunch of youtube videos does not an article make. Can we get HeidelbergKid to "improve" it? -- Nx / talk 06:09, 28 October 2011 (UTC)

What does H.Kid have to do with it? Aceace 06:53, 28 October 2011 (UTC)
He "improved" the Eve article. As a result a bunch of people jumped in and actually expanded and improved it. -- Nx / talk 06:55, 28 October 2011 (UTC)
Heh, I like your logic. Aceace 07:06, 28 October 2011 (UTC)
You know, you really might want to, oh, I dunno, send me a message or something so I know what the hell is going on.... Anyway, when I saw the article, I thought I should rewrite it from the ground up. So, yeah. Allow me to do some research and I'll create an article on the Internet. If you wouldn't mind, could you tell me what aspect of the Internet you would like me to write about (e.g. its history, Internet phenomena, etc.)? This discussion contains some useful information: Saloon bar — Should we capitalize "internet?". (((Zack Martin))) 03:39, 27 November 2011 (UTC)
EC: all of the above? But for the sake of missionality, what do you know about how the democratization of knowledge inherent in the 'net has made it hard for people to tell fact from fiction/made the propagation of woo and conspiracy theories much easier/helped to undermine legitimate expertise by making anyone with a Blogger account an expert? Also, something on 'net literacy/critical reading, so people can learn to differentiate between, say the Centre for Disease Control and the FDA websites and some woo-tastic webshite?
