Michael Anthony Peroutka is an American theocrat, homophobe, anti-abortion activist and neo-Confederate leader who was the Constitution Party's candidate for president of the United States in 2004. His running mate was Chuck Baldwin. The ticket placed fourth in the election, with fewer than 150,000 votes.

He returned to politics as a Republican in 2014 with a successful run for councilman in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. Why he did this is unclear, since he does not believe the United States government is legitimate and referred to the Confederate song "Dixie" as "the national anthem" at a League of the South conference in 2012.
