Ragnarok, meaning "Twilight of the Gods," is an event in Norse mythology representing the end of the world. It is eschatologically different from similar concepts in many other religions in that the gods already know their fates (although it is no stretch of the imagination to conclude that the Devil has read the end of the Book of Revelation and hence already knows his fate as well).

[edit] The End Is Here!

One interpretation of the Ragnorok myth sets it to occur on February 22nd, 2014, i.e. today.[1][2] As of the time of this writing, the sun and moon have not yet been consumed.[citation NOT needed] And, the day is February 23, 2014. The sun has risen, and the world has once again not ended, meaning that we can now wait for the next "apocalypse".
