Rain

Pretty, wet.

Rain is water falling from the sky. Without rain, we wouldn't have nearly as much agriculture as we do now, as plants would only be found near water sources originating in springs. Some people find the sound of rain to be soothing. Dancing in the rain is something to do when you are little, or with someone you love. Singing in the Rain is a classic film.

Acid rain is, obviously, rain with a lower than normal pH. It constitutes an environmental problem caused by anthropogenic sulfur dioxide and nitrous emissions (or it constitutes a hoax by enviro-weenies to destroy capitalism if you're a wingnut).

According to the Bible, the Flood was caused by rain that lasted 40 days and 40 nights.
