Sixty Symbols is a series of popular science videos created by the University of Nottingham. The series started on April 9, 2009, and has been frequently updated since. Sixty Symbols attempts to familiarize the viewers with concepts and symbols used in Physics, Astronomy, and Mathematics via the use of experimentation and often how these concepts relate to current events or everyday life. Originally the series was only planned for a total of sixty videos, but later extended due to popularity.
