[edit] Saint-Jean-Baptiste Day and the Quebec flag
The article claimed "Saint-Jean-Baptiste Day [is] the day they were able to legally have their own flag." However, according to The Canadian Encyclopedia:
| In 1947, an association of SAINT-JEAN-BAPTISTE SOCIETIES formed a federation, which promptly campaigned for the adoption of the fleur-de-lys for Québec's flag. On 21 January 1948, it was made official, and the flag quickly became a rallying symbol for the Saint-Jean holiday. |
Note that Saint-Jean-Baptiste Day is on June 24. This explicitly contradicts the article's claim regarding Quebec's flag. I have accordingly removed the sentence.
