[edit] Log odds section

In comparing the log odds section to its reference, I'm not sure this section is useful. As written, I think "iteration" sounds like each time a new person gets tested, while the referred articles seems to say an iteration is each round of retesting the last round's positives. I don't think the section simplifies sens/spec, although it does describe probability in a nifty decibel fashion. I want to delete or improve the section, but don't know why it was inserted. Clearly someone (Armondikov?) worked hard to craft it, since the source article is not easy reading. MarmotHead (talk) 17:46, 13 May 2014 (UTC)

Oh hell, I don't know why it was inserted. I don't know what I was doing 2-3 months ago never mind 2-3 years. So if you want to crack at it or delete it, feel free. Scarlet A.pngDon't click here 09:38, 14 May 2014 (UTC)
