- It's just that we say: However, after losing those colonies it became a rather weak power, until eventually Napoleon conquered it, proving how weak it was, 'cause if the French beat you . . . ............ . - Napoleon managed to beat EVERYBODY, at least for awhile. France was still a major military power. (Hell, France was a major military power until WWII, where they were outmaneuvered, and now are again. They're kicking pirate butt.) Researcher 08:55, 26 November 2008 (EST)
