Put the words of conservative Christian social and political figures in the mouth of Christ. The juxtaposition of hateful, ignorant, or otherwise nonsensical rants with serene photos of JC himself isn't only funny, but says a lot about the people who claim to be Christians.

Tea Party Jesus is a (dead) blog wherein the words of Obama-haters, homophobes, anti-feminists, fundamentalist Christians, Teabaggers, and other assorted right wingers are attributed to Jesus in a clever and humorous fashion: The wingnut's quotes are placed inside cartoon-style word balloons, which are then pasted over some of the cheesiest lithographic artwork of the Son of God that has ever been created.

Clicking on any of the pictures at Tea Party Jesus will take you to an external webpage that contains the original news story or interview where the quote occurred.
