RULES

Pro has the Burden of Proof (BOP) to prove the resolution true, while Con merely has the BOP to prove that the resolution is not true.

Pro has the Burden of Proof (BOP) to prove that the resolution is more good than bad, while Con has the BOP to prove that the resolution is more bad than good.
