2025 RationalWiki 'Oregon Plan' Fundraiser

There is no RationalWiki without you. We are a small non-profit with no staff—we are hundreds of volunteers who document pseudoscience and crankery around the world every day. We will never allow ads because we must remain independent. We cannot rely on big donors with corresponding big agendas. We are not the largest website around, but we believe we play an important role in defending truth and objectivity.

Fighting pseudoscience isn't free.
We are 100% user-supported! Help and donate $5, $10, $20 or whatever you can today with PayPal Logo.png!

Following comments by Ace McWicked and Gooniepunk, we would prefer you post here at Lumeniki if you have something to add to this. ~ Lumenos (talk) 06:19, 1 July 2010 (UTC)

The WikiIndex incident[edit]

It occurred to me that nowhere have I really summarized The WikiIndex Incident in a serious way. Some "RationalWikian bureaucrats" and "Nx" where frustrating the administration of WikiIndex. I apparently frustrated Nx, and Human. If I helped WikiIndex, perhaps my way was a bit more complex than necessary. I don't really know if I helped or only annoyed the good people, whoever they may be. ~ That blind moron (talk) 16:18, 26 June 2010 (UTC)

Secondly, "we" produced a sort of guide, mainly about having critical info in WikiIndex ("talkpage" may have more interesting/current info). (By the way, comparisons of wikis should be possible.) ~ Lumenos 22:29, 4 July 2010 (UTC)
