Forgive my shameful ignorance of Latin (especially considering I took two years of it in high school), but what does the dissentiente in cum dissentiente mean? Something about dissent, I gather, but what, specifically? --

- It's meant to mean simply "with dissent" or "with a dissenting voice", as in the expression "nemine dissentiente," "no one is disagreeing with the proposal." On a second look, though, I'm not sure it's correct. A more simple construciton would probably be better. --AKjeldsenCum dissentiente
