I think really the user guides in the welcome box above can explain RationalWiki far better than I can. SophieWilder 15:32, 1 September 2012 (UTC)

Stubs and copy-pastes[edit]

Hi. Please see Forum:One-liners re article pages that only contain a couple of lines of text. I notice that you have authored quite a few of these: several of the ones I listed on the forum & a few others that are only fractionally longer. Can you please look at either expanding these into articles or moving the comments into other relevant pages, as I'm inclined to delete them otherwise.

FWIW, I don't think creating separate pages on atheist/humanist organisations & events (Conway Hall Ethical Society, QED (conference), Reason Week) is useful unless you've got a lot to say about them. It might be better to think about creating a single page listing these things (e.g. 'atheist and secularist organisations').

Also, I'm going to delete the New Humanist and The Freethinker pages unless you can replace the pasted text with original content. We shouldn't rely on other sites like Wikipedia for article text. WẽãšẽĩõĩďWeaselly.jpgMethinks it is a Weasel 11:42, 25 January 2014 (UTC)

Hi there. Stringing together a few vague facts in vague prose with no regard for linking, formatting, categorization, or in-house style is not an article. Take a look around the wiki and see what articles should look like and try and get closer to that. Thanks. Peace. AgingHippie (talk) 14:22, 25 March 2015 (UTC)
