Thanks. I'll do my best to find things to do, and also figure out where the goat reference came from. ~ Kupochama talk 21:29, 26 July 2009 (UTC)
No one knows where the goat reference came from... Though if you want stuff to do, drop by the to do list, there might be something there that interests you. If not, just click "random page" until something perks your interest, it keeps me busy :) Scarlet A.pngpathetic 21:35, 26 July 2009 (UTC)
Thus it's a fine lifelong dream, to be the discoverer the Lost Goat of Rationality. But I didn't know there was a list, so I'll check that out instead. Thanks. ;) ~ Kupochama talk 21:46, 26 July 2009 (UTC)

Sysop[edit]

due to length of service you have been cursed with a sysopship. Ace McWickedModel 500 21:34, 1 August 2009 (UTC)

and heres a useless helpful sysop guide. Ace McWickedModel 500 21:36, 1 August 2009 (UTC)
Neat. I was away for about half of the week I've spent registered, but nevermind that. Thanks, I'll abuse my cursed powers janitorial duties all I can. ~ Kupochama[1][2] 21:49, 1 August 2009 (UTC)
You seem like a horrible person nice chap so there ya go. Ace McWickedModel 500 21:52, 1 August 2009 (UTC)

Earthland[edit]

Beware debating Earthland. He is completely closed to reason and will eventually grind you down by sheer force of boredom and then claim victory. He has made it quite clear that, as far as he is concerned:-

  1. Life, in every sense of the word, begins at conception.
  2. Those that disagree with this are either immoral, ignorant or pushing an agenda.
  3. Anyone who has an abortion, assists in an abortion, or, for that matter, uses an IUD, is guilty of murder. However, when pushed on this as to what should be done about these murderers he always ducks the question.
  4. Anyone who fails to be convinced by his quote mined selection of links, often from papers with very dubious sources has a closed mind and is guilty of logical fallacies.

His standard debating technique is to reply to any point with a 3,000 character mini essay concentrating on the points where he can find quotes from far right pro-life sites or simplistic generalities from encyclopaedia and completely ignoring any points he can't answer - for example What are the consequences of calling anyone who uses an IUD a murderer?. If you then fail to reply to each and every one of his points he will then claim that you failed to answer any of them and claim victory. This leads to a geometric explosion of responses until you reach boredom level at which point he wins.

It's fun for a while but.... Bob Soles (talk) 12:07, 30 December 2009 (UTC)

True enough. I figured I'd give him the benefit of the doubt and try to clarify a few chunks of the discussion, but I'm not sure it helped. Kinda hard to remember what we're talking about now that it's "humans are humans before they are humans because humans don't physically assemble each other" and such.
Still, it beats reading CP essays. ~ Kupochama[1][2] 12:51, 30 December 2009 (UTC)
Bob Soles, "the expert of Earthland"? Better share your expertise with RWW, where they are waiting for this kind of bullshit.
I don't think I have ever really said that if you don't agree with me you are immoral. Due to my weak choice of words it may sometimes seem that those who don't oppose abortion are always "immoral", but I have never clearly said so.
You should know that I don't call everyone who have had an abortion murderers, and I do not call anyone who uses an IUD murderer. Don't fall into this kind of lying.
I haven't said that someone has "closed mind" and I have only pointed out very certain logical fallacies.
That I am "closed to reason" remains just an assertion. On the other hand, that most of what I have ever said in this wiki is left unanswered is plain fact. Think about it.
--Earthland (talk) 19:55, 31 December 2009 (UTC)
I have no problem with the topic itself, but please stop saying that no one answers you. Your essay talk needs an archive now, and as I recall, your others also got above average attention. If it's not enough, there're forums that specialize in these things. ~ Kupochama[1][2] 01:33, 1 January 2010 (UTC)

I just noticed this. I like Bob...and kupo. Both are dead on. =) δij 16:36, 2 January 2010 (UTC)

Happy New Year, Kupochama. This is from Useful Mei. It is an appropriate time for festivities, like alcohol. Today try not to eat too much, or too little.

  1. This. It stars a guy named Rei, a rebel without a cause who secretly misses his brother who was secretly a big jerk. Popular among teenage girls and teenage Kupochama.
  2. I was going to go insert links and grammar to show you up, but couldn't find any after several random pages. :( ~ Kupochama[1][2] 19:38, 18 January 2010 (UTC)

That's why they call me Superfast Mei. And by 'they' I mean myself. -- Mei (talk) 04:37, 25 February 2010 (UTC)

I recently acquired some long-overdue documents which depict you as being more relaxed. Please live up to my mental imagery at once by vandal-binning yourself. ~ Kupochama[1][2] 04:50, 25 February 2010 (UTC)
Manga!Konata doesn't look like anime!Konata for ages. Ages! Mei is superfast in the sense of paying too much attention to internet things & that is totally in character. -- Mei (talk) 05:02, 25 February 2010 (UTC)
I dunno, the art started pretty well/similar, at least compared to some (early Fruits Basket is terrifying that way). That aside, I'll concede your Internet for now, but I'm onto you... ~ Kupochama[1][2] 05:44, 25 February 2010 (UTC)
I just flipped through vol 1 and I think I was wrong. It's just that cover that looks wrong to me. + it describes Konata as 'a very energetic girl'! Which is why I am reclaiming my Superfast title. -- Mei (talk) 05:54, 25 February 2010 (UTC)

Cute sig[edit]

Sweet jesus![edit]

You play Minecraft and Dwarf Fortress, too? Giggity Giggity Giggity! :D

I play on TheOne's Lava Survival thingy, but lately haven't been active. In DF I only play adventure mode, strangling small children and two-headed giants. Wish there was more to do in that mode, since all I really do is lay down in sneak mode, swimming, picking up rocks and throwing them at the ground. AndyToad.gifNorsemanCyser Melomel 11:52, 23 March 2010 (UTC)

Great stuff. I'm kinda the opposite in play style...usually did private Minecraft servers with my friends. Between me and one other guy, we filled up a map with a tree forts, temples, dungeons, boats, and a huge eyesore of a Mario-style "?" block.
As for DF, I stopped playing adventure mode when I swam across an ocean and, for lack of the will to swim back, drowned myself. I've had one running for about 15 game-years, but it gets pretty nit-picky as this age. The damn baroness and her "consort" keep demanding I make stuff out of purple metal, which I don't have; when I don't, they order one of my legendary craftsmen beaten to death by the royal guard.
Come to think of it, I might've executed all the guards a little while ago. (Which is why I highly recommend getting into fort mode, despite the complications. You can't smash people with glass bridges in adventure mode!)
P.P.P.S, last time I checked, Minecraft had a server called "dwarf fortress". It was a huge mountain range with a nice fort/maze at the spawn. Should check it out when you're back into it. ~ Kupochama[1][2] 21:08, 23 March 2010 (UTC)

Hey thanks. I also like the edit comment. It would look good on a tshirt. Violation of 90% policy for cotton, cotton, cotton. Mei (talk) 03:30, 30 March 2010 (UTC)

Always happy to wikilink. And here you go, courtesy of the first Google hit...could use some work, but I'd totally wear it. ~ Kupochama[1][2] 20:05, 30 March 2010 (UTC)
Aschlafly blocked that shirt like three seconds after it was created. It is a very accurate shirt. Mei (talk) 20:09, 30 March 2010 (UTC)

Hah[edit]

So you're called Kupochama?
Would you like some drama?

Did you call me unfunny?
That made my day much less sunny
But I won't let it be, honey

Just stay and wait for your time,
you creepy, fake slime
You'll pay for your crime!

I just can't find more rhymes
But I said what was prime

If you did not call me unfunny, just forget my humble attempts to write pottery and we can be friends.

--Idiot number 57 (talk) 18:47, 12 August 2010 (UTC)

I had to look at my contribution list to remember what I said, and no, I just meant that any unamusingly misleading categories would probably fall under that pseudo-policy. If you actually told new people you were in charge, though, I hereby find it unamusing. Also not a big fan of rap pottery. ~ Kupochama[1][2] 20:48, 12 August 2010 (UTC)

How old you are?[edit]

--Idiot number 57 (talk) 08:21, 23 August 2010 (UTC)

College senior. ~ Kupochama[1][2] 08:24, 23 August 2010 (UTC)
Well that's what I thought. Now listen to me, little girl. Do you know how old I am? 79 years! 79 bloody years. I have lived long enough to directly observe evolution. Year by year I get smarter, I collect knowledge like a sponge sucks water into itself. What I have to tell you is of the greatest importance. Listen carefully. Leave this wiki immediately. It will melt your brain, ooh, I've observed that in numerous cases. It sucks your brains out just like a vacuum machine does it with babies during the partial-birth abortion. You will turn into a zombie and the only things you can think and talk about are sex, drugs and Britney Spears. You don't want that. Leave now, it's not yet too late! --Idiot number 59 (talk) 08:39, 23 August 2010 (UTC)
You misunderstand. When I was young, public education did not yet exist. The passage of years have driven me quite mad, such that I shan't be perturbed by any mere wiki. ~ Kupochama[1][2] 08:47, 23 August 2010 (UTC)

QED![edit]

That was funny. ATP (talk) 01:51, 28 April 2011 (UTC)

Thanks, I thought it was just me. But it's a shame he probably won't click the links. ~ Kupochama[1][2] 01:57, 28 April 2011 (UTC)

Duh[edit]

Thanks for fixing it. I started writing it while watching the Kings v Phoenix hockey game last night. I kind of forgot what I wrote, which was a mess. Thanks for fixing tags, getting rid of beer addled writing, and re-snarkifying it properly. SkepticalRaptor® 01:25, 24 May 2012 (UTC)

No problem. The original snark was kinda confusing, but I could kinda see where it was headed, so hopefully that covers it. ~ Kupochama[1][2] 01:29, 24 May 2012 (UTC)

I guess you got trolled[edit]

It wasn't very creative however. I could do better in my sleep one handed. SkepticalRaptor® 17:27, 25 May 2012 (UTC)
