RationalWiki's 2019 Fundraiser

There is no RationalWiki without you. We are a small non-profit with no staff – we are hundreds of volunteers who document pseudoscience and crankery around the world every day. We will never allow ads because we must remain independent. We cannot rely on big donors with corresponding big agendas. We are not the largest website around, but we believe we play an important role in defending truth and objectivity.

If everyone who saw this today donated $5, we would meet our goal for 2019.

Fighting pseudoscience isn't free.
We are 100% user-supported! Help and donate $5, $20 or whatever you can today with PayPal Logo.png!

Donations so far: $3220Goal: $6000

You've been demoted to janitorial status. Read this and tidy up after yourself.  Lily Inspirate me. 12:14, 17 February 2011 (UTC)

Hello! Finally, I have finished translation of the article. It will be on the follow constant adress: User:Bertran/Христианство_edited; and I'll not change it. The article [[Христианство]] can be (but, as it seems, not will be in the nearest future) changed and improved by a convergence with a problems, which are actual for Russia, such as by considering Orthodox Church. As for this text I want to say that some sentences were translated roughly and some sentences I had to reconstruct. But, I think, if you'll compare Russian and English variants, you can understand some important specifications of Russian spelling.--Bertran (talk) 19:19, 21 February 2011 (UTC)

I have replied to your e-mail. MY apologies for not having a timely response.

Locking the LQT header

So long as you do NOT prevent people from actually editing your talkpage, you should be able to lock the LQT header yourself, since you are a sysop now. If you have any more questions or need any more help, feel free to ask me. I don't bite (anymore....)

He can't respond, Lily blocked him for 3 months, and he hasn't unblocked himself.

Go to recent changes, and scroll through until you see "block log" from there, it should be easy to figure out

Out of idle curiosity, what are you doing?

Тиранесcomplaints15:03, 27 January 2011

Just some testing, test over.

Myrtonos@15:04, 27 January 2011

Ok, thank you.

Moves / Liquid threads

Please don't create any more of these. --Ψ GremlinParla! 13:39, 20 January 2011 (UTC)

Ψ GremlinPrata!13:39, 20 January 2011

Why not? Also, when posting in a liquid thread, you do not need the name signing code, ~~~~.

Myrtonos@13:53, 20 January 2011

1. Because you've been asked not to. 2. Because your first such edit was reverted before you made the second. 3. You've been here 2 minutes and seem to be targeting random pages to convert. 4. If you look through the Saloon Bar archives, you'll see that we are not going to implement liquid threads on talk pages. Users can for their talk pages, but that's it for now.

Ψ GremlinPrata!14:03, 20 January 2011

Let me explain why I did it twice, the first time I did it, I thought it was reverted because the content page had been deleted, which itself is something I didn't realise until after doing that move.

If you look through the Saloon Bar archives, you'll see that we are not going to implement liquid threads on talk pages.

I hadn't seen that, I assume you are referring to this discussion
