Fair use rationale for use in the article Holocaust

Even though the media Martin Luther Nazi Propaganda.jpeg is copyrighted and not released under a free license, I, DuceMoosolini, feel it is covered by fair use for at least one of the following reasons:

  • No free alternative exists.
  • The subject of the photograph is deceased, therefore a "new" image can not be created of this person.
  • Nazi German works are public domain in the US.
  • The placement in a RationalWiki article is being used for informational purposes only, and its use is not believed to detract from the original copyrighted media in any way.
  • A free alternative may not exist now, but in the event of a free alternative being located for the article "Holocaust" in the future, this file should be deleted as soon as possible.
