The page current claims "All content on uncyclopedia is free of copyright.", which is 1) blatantly untrue, and 2) blatantly untrue. The picture on Uncyclopedia currently resides under Category:Blatant copyright violations, particularly since Wikimedia doesn't allow any of its logos to be used without permission. But fortunately, nobody cares. --Toiretni 18:23, 22 August 2008 (EDT)

this pixelates soooo badly around the edges[edit]

Couldn't we use the proper Wiki logo? -- =w= 13:14, 20 February 2010 (UTC)

For some reason it's very crunchy at 60px, but not so much at other sizes.

I've checked in Chrome, IE & Firefox, & the effect is the same in all of them. So I switched it 59px in the {{wp}} template. Fun fact (or lame onservation): this bounces really fast in Firefox, really slow in Internet Explorer, & somewhere in between with Google Chrome. Funny... 59 looks ok, 60 looks like shit and 61 looks a lot like 59. They're all still pretty bad. — Sincerely, Neveruse / Talk / Block 20:11, 26 February 2010 (UTC)
Strange, they all look the same to me. But hey, if you fixed a problem some people are seeing, great. ħumanUser talk:Human 01:22, 27 February 2010 (UTC)
Yep, because I deleted the thumbnail, forcing MW to recreate it with our (apparently) better current image resizer. The old 60px thumbnail was very old. The 59px was new. -- Nx / talk 13:11, 6 March 2010 (UTC)

Shit, I don't suppose we could write them a nice letter?. - π 13:16, 6 March 2010 (UTC)
If they allow uncyclopedia to use it, I doubt they'll go after us. But they may not look kindly on us relicensing it. -- Nx / talk 13:18, 6 March 2010 (UTC)
We are using it to illustrate Wikipedia, ot their articles at least, but the fact that it is a derivative might up rock that boat. - π 13:22, 6 March 2010 (UTC)
