There is no RationalWiki without you. We are a small non-profit with no staff — we are hundreds of volunteers who document pseudoscience and crankery around the world every day. We will never allow ads because we must remain independent. We cannot rely on big donors with corresponding big agendas. We are not the largest website around, but we believe we play an important role in defending truth and objectivity.
If everyone seeing this today donates $5, we will meet our goal for 2018.

According to Wikipedia, a film "encompasses individual motion pictures, the field of film as an art form, and the motion picture industry. Films are produced by recording images from the world with cameras, or by creating images using animation techniques or special effects," while according to Jean-Luc Godard, "Cinema is truth at twenty-four frames a second." YouTube and IMDb, however, have since shown that anyone can be considered a film maker if you lower the bar far enough, even when they aren't using film!
As far as RationalWiki is concerned, films that are interesting are interesting shorts or motion pictures that have something to say about pseudoscience, evolution, creationism, skepticism, fundamentalism (alternatively, criticised by fundies who haven't actually watched them) or the goat.
