RationalWiki's 2019 Fundraiser

There is no RationalWiki without you. We are a small non-profit with no staff – we are hundreds of volunteers who document pseudoscience and crankery around the world every day. We will never allow ads because we must remain independent. We cannot rely on big donors with corresponding big agendas. We are not the largest website around, but we believe we play an important role in defending truth and objectivity.

If everyone who saw this today donated $5, we would meet our goal for 2019.

Fighting pseudoscience isn't free.
We are 100% user-supported! Help and donate $5, $20 or whatever you can today with PayPal Logo.png!

Fun talk:Internet Argument Bingo

Some of these are valid points when phrased better?[edit]

I've amusingly seen these arguments a lot of them are annoying but some of them are valid.

  1. You're twisting what I said -- Possible identification of a strawman
  2. You didn't answer my question -- Possible identification of a strawman
  3. Do you even speak English? -- Asking whether a person has a good understanding of English can be beneficial so that you can help accommodate them.

Although, these arguments can be taken as rude too.—HamburgerPlate Spinning-Burger.gif (talkstalk) 19:28, 12 February 2017 (UTC)

Also it'd be cool if this page was autogenerated or had multiple cards so bingo can actually be played.—HamburgerPlate Spinning-Burger.gif (talkstalk)
Yeah, the fun pages named "Bingo" are meant to list things you are likely to hear in the given context (in this case, during an internet argument). It's not about the things said being wrong, per se. So nothing's really wrong with it as it stands, afaik. Reverend Black Percy (talk) 19:29, 12 February 2017 (UTC)
