The National Transportation Safety Board, often known by its acronym of NTSB, is the United States government's agency responsible for investigating accidents involving planes, trains, ships and other things that move. This Washington D.C. based agency represents some of the best in the world when it comes to figuring out what went wrong during these often tragic and reckless events.[1]
