Lust is not the same as physical attraction. You can't choose to be physically attracted to someone, but lusting over someone is a conscious decision. Lurker 13:31, 7 February 2008 (EST)

Either way, if you you're enjoying life too much, you're going to Hell. Also, I've just realised that Mary was asexual! SuperJosh 14:45, 4 April 2009 (EDT)
Whoever thinks that prepubescent children are immune from lust must have had a radically different childhood than mine. Researcher 18:45, 26 October 2009 (UTC)

The entry concerning Asexuality,[edit]

the Bible, the gay and the blind, is irrelevant. You are assuming that the Bible is a rational book, that religion promotes reason. Neither assertion is true. Asexuals have emphasized time and time again that they are not to be viewed as more innocent, more godly or more pure than anyone else. The asexuals are merely people who do not view intimacy and attraction in sexual terms. Even those who have sex drives would simply rather be doing something else. — Unsigned, by: Mindlife / talk / contribs 15:56, 2 May 2010 (UTC)

Well, the BoN's edits were factual. However, is this even on-mission?--Colonel Sanders (talk) 17:51, 27 November 2011 (UTC)
Articles don't have to fit into the mission cookie-cutter to be here. Blue (pester) 17:53, 27 November 2011 (UTC)
Our "sexuality" sextion is "on mission" because it was a way to discuss things that most sites didn't touch. It started with the homosexuality articles, till knowledgeable people here said "wait, you are missing transexuality, a sexuality, auto sexuality, bdsm, etc". --Pink mowse.pngGodotSome would use a tautology to describe it ("The way things are done around here is the wa 17:55, 27 November 2011 (UTC)

Honestly, what constitutes asexuality is so controversial it might be better to have less in the article than we already have, but at least we removed the "romantic attraction" shit. --208.102.247.197 (talk) 15:34, 30 December 2012 (UTC)
