Hahaha. Yeah, I do. I'm currently a carousel operator (have been for 2 years now?), a T-mobile cellphone Salesgirl, and by next month, I'll be doing an internship at a hospital as a scribe (Still preparing for). And...a Jersey? XD Why a jersey?
cool = chilly = have to wear a jersey (but luckily not a Guernsey)...
..........OHHHHHHH! Ahahahaha. I had to actually think about the wording for a minute and was confused. In short, I had a FOB-Translator glitch moment. FAIL. Anyways, I got it. Hahaha. I don't know how operating a carousel is cool, but sure...As long as I get to be 'cool'? I guess. Yay. :D
Put it this way, now I can drop "Well, I know a carousel operator" into polite conversation and mean it. :) It also shows you're good with kids, which i always a good thing. If it was me, I'd be tinkering with the motor and splatting little kids all around the mall, as I put centrifugal force to the test... *evil grin*
That'd be awesome in a conversation. "Oh~ my friend is -insert boring job here-" OH YEAH!? WELL I HAVE FRIEND THAT'S A CAROUSEL OPERATOR! BAM! TAKE THAT! -silly dance- Hahahaha. Meh, kids...I suppose I'm alright with them. I can only handle so much at a time. Last semester I was an assistant teacher at a Montessori school for a semester to see if I ever wanted to be a teacher. No. Being a Korean teacher for the little kids on Saturday mornings was tough enough. Although, I have met a few kids that are pretty great. They're so easy to manipulate when they're little. It's scary.
Hahaha. I've tinkered with the motor before, but it's not much difference really. It doesn't go too fast, even on the highest level. Though, I have experimented on the emergency stop button to see if it would stop the carousel abruptly and fling kids off. To my disappointment...it doesn't.
"I have experimented on the emergency stop button to see if it would stop the carousel abruptly and fling kids off."
You, my dear, are made of awesome!
XDDDDD Or just plain boredom at work. HAHAHA~ But sure. Being made of 'awesome' has an interesting ring to it. But tell that to some of the parents that bring their kids. Tsk Tsk. The carousel is a relatively easy job in itself. The part that suck the most are the parents...JEEEESUS ON A CRACKER, some parents (mostly mothers) are total bitches. Ugh. There have been many times where I'm like: "Just smile and Nod, Kristi...just...smile..and nod."
Laaaaaaame. I thought you ran this kind of carousel.
Oh man, I went to a Montessori school and look how I turned out.
Scribe. Basically someone that gets to follow around doctors and watch patients. Kinda like a nurse, except I have to write down everything that's going on, for legal purposes. Like how a doctor is treating a patient, the patients' conditions, so on and so forth. That should be interesting.
