I have asked you to sign your posts.[edit]

I have asked you to sign your posts. You cannot be bothered to follow that basic courtesy. As you are unwilling to show even that small token of respect for our community, and would rather create busywork for another human being than pick up after yourself, I am blocking you for 24 hours. The next unsigned post will earn a 48 hour block, then 96, then 192 hours, and so on. Thanks for your understanding. Are you joking? You're banning someone for this; leave the computer and get yourself a beer. I'll clean up after your mess here, and guess what I won't ban you for lacking common courtesy. Tielec01 (talk) 03:25, 2 October 2013 (UTC)
After all this, BoN has continued with a pattern of unsigned posts to talk pages. In my view, this is consistent with being a troll who is more interested in trying to stir up drama than participating in the community. I'm reinstating the block, and may Dawkins have mercy on your soup. Sprocket J Cogswell (talk) 13:16, 2 October 2013 (UTC)
Nope, we don't block IP addresses who might be trolls. Read the community guidelines on blocking. Take it the coop if you feel you have a strong case. Tielec01 (talk) 13:19, 2 October 2013 (UTC)
I just re-blocked him for being the kind of asshole who won't sign talk page posts after repeated requests to do so. Not coop-worthy, nothing to see here, move along, folks. Sprocket J Cogswell (talk) 13:21, 2 October 2013 (UTC)

Removing content from talk pages[edit]

Don't do it. It violates site policy, it's just plain dickish, and it makes you look desperate anyway. Wehpudicabok [話] [変] 09:58, 11 October 2013 (UTC)

Sorry, but my attempt to reply to multiple falsehoods has been blocked so I'd say turnabout is fair play
The minute he equated the notion of multilateralism and the welfare state to Hitler and Stalin made him look desperate. 173.32.30.79 (talk) 10:57, 11 October 2013 (UTC)

Excuse me, but internationalists destroyed Europe with their bogus idealism during the first world war. They then clung to the idea of international bodies and pacifism rather than national pride and rearmament in the interwar years. It's not a fringe opinion. Many historians, such as Richard Overy, William Shirer, Martin Gilbert and the oft-derided Niall Ferguson have all expressed similar views — Unsigned, by: 173.22.37.6 / talk / contribs
