RationalWiki's 2019 Fundraiser

There is no RationalWiki without you. We are a small non-profit with no staff – we are hundreds of volunteers who document pseudoscience and crankery around the world every day. We will never allow ads because we must remain independent. We cannot rely on big donors with corresponding big agendas. We are not the largest website around, but we believe we play an important role in defending truth and objectivity.

If everyone seeing this today donates $5, we will meet our goal for 2019.

Fighting pseudoscience isn't free.
We are 100% user-supported! Help and donate $5, $20 or whatever you can today with PayPal Logo.png!

Talk page. Use it now[edit]

Unsubstantiated statements really ought to be substantiated. You're gonna have to take a break from editing for a short while if you can't get by the notion of citing your claims, and/or discussing your changes. Thanks. ikanreed 🐐Bleat at me 16:57, 17 May 2017 (UTC)

Hey ok cool, thanks for the heads-up. I noticed the page was quite biased and not based in fact. It did link out to OTHER biased links, so I'm wondering how impartial the page is able to be. Would supplying references help the my effort to add some of the other side of the coin to the page?
Sorry, not sure how to respond on these things. Hope this finds you— Unsigned, by: 206.47.211.106 / talk
On talk pages, please sign your comments using four tildes (~~~~) or by clicking on the sign button: SigButt.png on the toolbar above the edit panel. (You can indent successive talk page comments using one more colon (:) for each line.) Thank you.
I haven't read through all of the article but before complaining that it's "biased" you might want to read this. Christopher (talk) 19:08, 17 May 2017 (UTC)

Very interesting, thank you! On the topic of this page specifically, I do urge you to read through the article and then hear from the person in question her self. As a site dedicated to humor and skepticism (from what I could discern from that link), this article lacks both. To my original question, if I submit an edit with references, will that have a better chance at getting accepted?206.47.211.106 (talk) 13:25, 18 May 2017 (UTC) (<hope that worked, haha)
For something like this you would really need references, see here for help on how to do references (as you appear to be new to wikis). Christopher (talk) 14:39, 18 May 2017 (UTC)
