User talk:Toast/Webshites
I like the idea of scoring them, but at the moment it looks like the entire list could become quite cluttered and covered with numbers. Can you alternate the colours of the rows to make it more readable (I haven't dug too deep into the template to see how it's put together yet). ArmondikoVgnostic 10:16, 19 March 2009 (EDT)
- I don't like the idea of scoring them. It's just a bunch of arbitrary numbers. Ticks would be better. Wèàšèìòìď

- Or maybe, at a push, red/orange/yellow labels to show how batshit they are in that area. Though that does seem pointless because anything that isn't totally OTT would pass us by, so everything is kind of very high scoring anyway. ArmondikoVgnostic 10:33, 19 March 2009 (EDT)
I know you've put a lot of work in this Toast, but I'm not convinced that a table full of ratings is the most user-friendly way to present these. The sections on the existing webshites page make it easy to find different kinds of sites. If we need a quick visual way to show which ones contain certain kinds of content, a fun way to do it would be by adding appropriate smileys alongside the site listings Wèàšèìòìď

- Not a lot of work :) just copy pasting from around the site. The scores are so that the sorting function worketh. I agree that what's there already is OK. so I'll scrap it. . Violence is the last refuge of the incompetent 21:17, 19 March 2009 (EDT)
