All works published by the German Nazi Party are public domain in the US per the US federal court of appeals decision Price vs US 1995. It states: "On June 25, 1951, the Attorney General, acting pursuant to the Trading with the Enemy Act, 50 U.S.C.App. § 1-33, vested in himself all rights in the photographs and photographic images “to be held, used, administered, liquidated, sold, or otherwise dealt with in the interest of and for the benefit of the United States.”  The copyright belongs to the US government and was NOT restored in 1966. That makes all these Nazi images public domain in the US. Furthermore German law states that all German copyright expires after 70 years (ie 1938+70=2008).
