No date stamp on press release. The program aired under this name circa 1951; it was previously called the 4 Star Revue and had a cast of rotating hosts. One of them, Jack Carson, worked on the program from 1950 to 1951. His last year with the show was when the show's name was changed to All Star Revue. Carson died in 1963, so the photo is within the pre-1978 timeframe.
Since the two comedians had worked as a team for so many years, their daughters decided to re-inter them side by side in Las Vegas in 1965. The Detroit Free Press printed this All Star Revue photo along with the story on September 9, 1965 on page 15 of that day's paper. The newspaper originally printed the photo October 13, 1952 on page 36
