Faulty reasoning[edit]
The pic claims: "Fossils of the fern Glossopteris found in all of the southern continents show that they were once joined". According to Reproduction and Life Cycle of Ferns, "...a mature plant may produce many millions of spores that may be dispersed hundreds of kilometers by favourable winds...". Therefore, the observed spread pattern doesn't imply the landmasses were once necessarily joined. The band criss-crossing Antarctica is just ridiculous, all the evidence (if any) is buried under several Kms of ice. 145.64.134.245 (talk) 13:38, 3 June 2015 (UTC)
