President Trump's recent conversation with Angela Merkel? --120.158.37.237 (talk) 11:13, 30 March 2018 (UTC)

This is not a good quality blogosphere WIGO. Even if the Daily Wire (e.g. Ben Shapiro) wasn't a rag piece, the WIGO description is just a lazy copy-paste from the Youtube video's title. And the video is just 50 seconds of "oh our March for Life is big, is done every year and is acknowledged by the president, so that means support for abortion is declining". --It's-a me, Lgm sigpic.png LeftyGreenMario! 05:57, 6 April 2018 (UTC)

While I very much enjoy the Daily Wire and find it informative, you make a valid point - it was lazy of me to copy and paste about abortion rates declining without further elucidation. I see for example this article from October last year stating that abortion rates have been declining - while saying the jury is still out as to why. An increase in pro-life sentinement? More safe sex? Less sex overall? I'm not sure. --120.158.37.237 (talk) 06:03, 6 April 2018 (UTC)
It's actually complicated. The article even says that while abortion rates are declining across the board, rates are more concentrated among poor women. It's my bias to hope it's not from rising pro-life sentiments, but the article you link does say maybe less access to reproductive care and improvements in contraceptive use. The article puts it thusly: "Putting the declining abortion rate in context means understanding the complex system in which people access reproductive health care, an experience that often lives at the intersection of poverty, race, class, and gender." and "And contrary to what anti-abortion advocates might hope, this historically low abortion rate also does not mean that more people are choosing to carry their pregnancies to term instead of having abortions." So the video isn't considering that, so even if you enjoy the Daily Wire, I don't think that video in particular is helpful, not when it's 50 seconds long either. --It's-a me, Lgm sigpic.png LeftyGreenMario! 06:13, 6 April 2018 (UTC)

Slanderous conspiracy mongering[edit]

That is quite an allegation. Care to elaborate what part of the Teddy Kennedy/woman dying part is "Slanderous conspiracy mongering"? --120.158.37.237 (talk) 02:45, 11 April 2018 (UTC)
