I know we have all read articles and or books on evidences for and against divine beings and I know we have die hard religious folk and we have atheists; my question- Would you say religious belief and evidences for/against it are purely perception of the world or how we perceive the world? I ask because we have those with religious belief who support creationism while there are those with religious beliefs who support evolution; is it that creationists and those who support evolution see the geological and fossil record different?--Rationalzombie94 (talk) 04:05, 20 December 2015 (UTC)

I think that the vast majority of religious believers don't consider the evidence much one way or the other. They are given a belief by their parents and then confirmation bias makes them believe that their beliefs are true. To be fair, this description fits the majority of the population on the plant - not just religious folks.--Bob"Life is short and (insert adjective)" 18:40, 4 February 2016 (UTC)
