Madonna = America[edit]

What is this gibberish? Are you disagreeing that Madonna paved the way for the evil seductress Taylor Swift to coarsen American culture to the point of total toxicity? --Elvis is King (talk) 23:37, 5 August 2016 (UTC)

A Rebuttal[edit]

Nah, bro[edit]

American society was created by the Founders to be a beacon of hope for those who were hopeless under the tyranny of the British empire.- Elvis is King
American society was created by the Founders because they realized they could rule here magnificently without needing to send taxes to the Empire. It all started when Ben Franklin neglected to tell King George exactly how unhappy the Colonies were, primarily because he loved to suck up to the Crown. Why the Colonies were unhappy, I'm unsure, since the Colonists were living rent free, rarely paying anything, and able to flout the rules at any time.
Oh wait, I know why they got unhappy. Britain got tired of the rules-thumbing and decided to actually enforce them. Colonists threw a hissy fit that they'd have to live like everyone else in the Empire.
However, it is now apparent that American society has plummeted to where a known war criminal can run for President under the banner of a major party, and even though she was responsible for the death of four people in Benghazi, Libya, and also cannot account for over 30,000 emails that likely were containing sensitive information, she is lauded by even "President" Barack Hussein Obama and Bill "Philanderer" Clinton as "the most qualified person to seek the office."- Elvis is King
Please show what court this "war criminal" was convicted in. The one in your head doesn't count.
Also, I thought those Benghazi commissions were unable to hold her responsible for the issue, instead placing the blame squarely on the underfunding of the U.S. Diplomatic Security Service. At least, that's what I read in the reports put out by the commissions. I'm also happy to let you know that the Department of State says there was no sensitive data in the deleted emails.
This is a sickening cultural problem. So, where did it begin?- Elvis is King
That has nothing to do with culture. It's a political "problem", and is only a problem depending on the politics you hold.
Madonna is a performer who flaunted everything out, and various sitcoms aired that are a far cry from the golden Leave it to Beaver days.- Elvis is King
Madonna was back when I was in grade school and has long since retired to Britain. Also, my parents don't remember those "Leave It To Beaver" days as being particularly golden. Being Catholic in the Deep South had that effect. Also a lack of vaccines.
Now, American society is represented by witchcraft, horoscopes, ouija boards, sorcery, lust of the flesh, and the standard bearers of the culture are coarse heathens such as the vile liberal Taylor Swift, who decided to flaunt provocative attire that is only appropriate for the bedroom of a married couple.- Elvis is King
Please excuse me while I laugh at you. Feel free to restart, say, Mothers Against Dungeons & Dragons. --Castaigne2 (talk) 00:45, 6 August 2016 (UTC)

Are you ignorant to the truth? I must say, that you have done nothing but scoff ignorantly at my truthful essay. The Founders were not mere tax evaders, but crusaders for the Republic founded upon the Law presented to man by the Lord Jesus Christ. Crooked Hillary Clinton will have to answer to those four dead in Benghazi, and also have to answer for those emails at some point, because you simply cannot do wrong and get by. It's not how this works. It is a cultural issue, and in the 1950s people were happier and there was not a doubt who the father was and there were no divided holidays where a child didn't know if they were going to mom or dad's for Christmas this year. Those were the days! All of this sex outside of wedlock kids got from trash TV and pornography online is a cryin' disgrace! What Madonna did is pave the way for the evil seductress Taylor Swift to cause men to spiritually stumble in the ways of the lust of the flesh and it is shameful. THIS is not acceptable! See my essay HERE for more information. --Elvis is King (talk) 03:38, 6 August 2016 (UTC)

I don't like the founders if they don't like taxes. Taxes are always good in moderation, which is what Jesus would've thought. Render unto Caesar what is Caesar's, you know. Same is true with Obama.
Do you have a scientific study showing that people in the 50s were happier? Was there a happiness index around then with a big sample size that included black people? Or perhaps you were around in the 50s and could tell us more about it, although that would be anecdotal evidence.
With regards to modern culture, why is parents splitting up a bad thing? Why is violence on TV and online porn a bad thing? Why is Taylor Swift and Madonna exercising their right to free speech (Constitutionally guaranteed, by the way) bad? Plus, Taylor Swift isn't even that attractive anyway. I'm not saying I wouldn't, but she's skinny as a rail. Now Kim K... PBFЯЗЭSPДCЗ (talk) 03:45, 6 August 2016 (UTC)
Well, it is simple logic that people were happier when there was a better culture around them. Elvis wiggling his hips was scandalous when I was growing up! Now you have all this nudity on the television! Kids weren't confused and you didn't have parents asking their kids if they were gay and you didn't have these transgender kids and teen moms and divorces going on left and right and back in the day divorces were shameful! God was still feared and kids minded their manners! You didn't have welfare because the church took care of the less fortunate! Taxes are increasing, and that is a sign of big government burdening the people! Violence and sex on TV and pornography is making our kids dumb and helpless! They can't even have a real life conversation anymore because of that Facebook so they sit on the couch and watch Netflix and smoke pot! Taylor Swift is going around, prouncing around in absolutely vulgar attire, and that is not protected by the First Amendment because there is a ban on obscenity! This is completely and utterly obscene attire- would you not agree? No need to allow people to stumble spiritually at the sight of it! --Elvis is King (talk) 03:52, 6 August 2016 (UTC)
"They can't even have a real life conversation anymore because of that Facebook so they sit on the couch and watch Netflix" This is the first thing you've said that I actually agree with you on. Good job.
You mentioned divorce. I am pro-divorce. If a relationship isn't working out, it should be easy for people to separate; it's better for both of them. The problem with the "pro-family" movement here is that they end up being behind horrible marriages that are often abusive and detrimental to the children. Many children are better off being raised by single mothers than stuck in an abusive, alcoholic, toxic family that isn't working. Back in the day the Catholic Church didn't allow anyone to divorce. Anglicanism was founded because of this. Do you want to move towards that society?
You didn't cite any statistics for your claims, even after being prompted. If you want to fit in, or even have a reasonable conversation with this crowd, you're going to have to have them ready. Sorry, but I'm not going to believe you. I wasn't around in the 40s and early 50s, and neither were you (except as an infant), so I don't know much about what it was like regarding family and culture.
As a pot-smoking, porn-watching millenial myself (who is a member of a decades-long traditional family), I can tell you that I have a lot of problems with how society is today. But I'm not worried about the things you're worried about, many of which I actually see as positive things. I'm more worried about a corrupt and seemingly unchangeable political system, an economic system that dooms us to a constant boom-bust cycle with millions of jobs lost, a media that does not report important stories and doesn't keep the American public informed about what its government is doing, and most of all, the profound lack of awareness or willingness to care about the aforementioned problems. That's what bothers me; not gay marriage, porn, pot, and atheism. PBFЯЗЭSPДCЗ (talk) 21:30, 6 August 2016 (UTC)
If divorce is openly allowed, what is the point of marriage to begin with? Why not break Biblical law and have everyone "live together" because we may as well have thrown the entire traditional society out the window. Why not allow pot, self love, booze, gambling, video games, horoscopes, ouija boards, and the coarse seductive attire of the vile heathen Taylor Swift? Why not destroy what made America great then? --Elvis is King (talk) 15:29, 26 August 2016 (UTC)
I'm not against living traditionally, nothing stops you and nothing stops me and other women from living differently than you. Also back then gays and trans also existed but had to hide, so I guess it was only good for you. There were also less cure for diseases. Ok less pollution and global warming but I guess it doesn't exist and it's a chinese conspiracy. Ok we might think people is more selfish and less likely to put up with little things and hence divorce is bad, but no, divorce is still a right, because a relationship is a mutual agreement. Also isn't it capitalism that creates necessity, even inexistent, to create work and money? It's christianity and communism which predicated against greed and wanting it all. Also in what way the American society in the 50's was even christian if not as an identity vessel?--78.15.232.220 (talk) 18:43, 25 April 2017 (UTC)

Presidents causing deaths[edit]

FDR's decisions led to the death of 300,000 Americans. LBJ was responsible for tens of thousands. George W Bush thousands. And you're worried about 4 people? (In fairness, Nixon probably saved more American lives than anyone, and he's still a crook.) Annquin (talk) 09:49, 6 August 2016 (UTC)

She's already responsible for the death of four people in an act of complete and utter incompetence, and as President, Crooked Hillary Clinton will surely be responsible for the deaths of hundreds of thousands of Americans. Their lives matter as much as the deleted emails to her. --Elvis is King (talk) 20:49, 6 August 2016 (UTC)
I'm more concerned about the hundreds of thousands of people she helped kill in Syria and Libya. No one's talking about them. PB (talk) 21:23, 6 August 2016 (UTC)
So you don't care about American lives then? --Elvis is King (talk) 03:02, 4 September 2016 (UTC)

I fully support this Essay[edit]

I must say, after reading this (truthful) essay and the (truthful) conclusions presented, I am now utterly assured not only America but the whole world is doomed unless we turn back to God and remove impurity from society. Fortunately, warriors of God are present among us - the brave men of the Islamic State. They stand against impiety and infidelity, the "lust of the flesh," as well as "witchcraft, horoscopes, ouija boards, sorcery," and Hillary Clinton. Is it any wonder that the unbelievers are constantly bombing them?

I bet if ISIS displayed billboards encouraging women to dress inappropriately, as they do in Western countries, no one would bomb them. Instead, they encourage women to maintain their integrity with the niqab, so that only their husbands may see them.

I bet if ISIS rejected God's law and choose to follow man-made laws, and embrace atheism, communism, etc, no would bomb them. Instead, they follow the Shariah of God and are not afraid to put God first, even as others mock them.

I bet if ISIS hid their devotion and faith behind closed doors, and did nothing about society's moral decay, no one would bomb them. Instead, they stand firm in the name of faith.

We should all be inspired by these brave men - who understand that God comes first. Lord Aeonian (talk) 23:27, 6 August 2016 (UTC)

Satire, first class. Good post! Herr FüzzyCätPötätö (talk/stalk) 23:33, 6 August 2016 (UTC)
Are you disagreeing with the Essay? What do you disagree with? Do you believe women need to cover themselves like an object of male gratification? ISIS does to! Do you believe America needs to put prayer back in schools! ISIS does to! Do you believe in freedom of religion, but only for the right religion? ISIS does to! Do you believe believers are hideously persecuted with 'facts' and 'reason' from atheists, secularists, and other worshipers of Satan? ISIS does to! See, ISIS knows everything in this essay, and wants to make things right before the eyes of God! Lord Aeonian (talk) 00:04, 7 August 2016 (UTC)
Wait for it... wait for it.... BOOM! How did that feel, Daeshbag? There's more where that came from. PBFЯЗЭSPДCЗ (talk) 02:59, 7 August 2016 (UTC)
Are you little jokesters Taylor Swift supporters? You can roast in the Lake of Fire eternally with her if you wish or you can accept the Lord Jesus Christ into your heart. --Elvis is King (talk) 03:03, 4 September 2016 (UTC)
