This chart does not say anything about a person's personality or any other strange thing like that. By explaining what is shown in the chart, perhaps you can see how it does not. The ecliptic longitudes of sun/moon/planets are plotted, together with the ascending lunar node, as well as house positions (which have to do with the geometric horizon and with solar noon/midnight). The outer ring shows signs, which are the angular unit of measurement used to measure ecliptic longitude (these are not the same as the constellations they are named after; instead, 1 sign = 30 degrees). It can be seen that it is the night time (the sun in the third house) and that it is neither a full moon (where the sun and moon would be on opposite sides of the chart, as they would be on opposite sides of the Earth), nor a new mooon (where they would be together). Using ephemeris software, such horoscope charts can be plotted for dates in the past, present, and future. --24.207.56.9 (talk) 22:30, 28 November 2015 (UTC)
