Human Rights Act

A Human Rights Act is a law enumerating particular inalienable rights which individuals possess. In some countries, other laws must be interpreted in line with the Human Rights Act, much like a Bill of Rights.
Human Rights Act might refer to:
- Human Rights Act 1998, an Act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom.
- Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the UN Declaration of Human Rights
