What will it eventually take for anyone to actually wise the fuck up and realize what a hate crime is. They kicked his head in and told him to get out of town, filled the attack with racial remarks. But of course, IT'S NOT A HATE CRIME. Nope, the lawyer said he was suprised they got homocide for kicking his head in. It was just a fight that went BAD. They didn't actually want to hurt him. Their foot slipped into his brain. This is the kind of stuff CP would say. Simply because he wasn't born in the right place, it suddenly doesn't matter that he's dead. Suppose it had happened to a white kid by some hispanics? The entire thing would be different. It sucks. It really just sucks.

Will it take someone saying "I am killing you because you are gay" in front of national TV while being recorded? Or will that not be enough? Will it only work when you kill someone that matters to the guys in power, when you kill a rich guy because he's rich or a white guy because he's white? I'm sure that would be a hate crime. Matthew Shepard, Gwen Arujo, Brandon Teena. Why aren't they as important to us? Why aren't they a hate crime but other stuff is? Why is it not a hate crime when you kill someone because you hate them for what they are? Was what Hitler did not a hate crime? No, I'm sure he just wanted the Jews money. He was actually robbing them. Makes perfect sense. And Jesus. The Romans killed him for drug money. Awesome. Take every killing like that and make up some fucked up reason for it not to be a hate crime.

Those kids didn't mean to kill him, it was an accident. I don't give a shit. They kicked his head in, what did they expect, he'd get a laugh out of it? I bet the kids were just trying to be friendly with him. They thought that that was how hispanic say hello. Surprised and dissapointed. That's what he says. Surprised that they got a homocide charge. "I think any time there's a fight and any time you have one ethnic group fighting another, there's going to be racial slurs," he said. "I've seen that since I was a kid on a playground 20 years ago, but they never called it ethnic intimidation until very recently."

Oh yeah. It's absolutely dandy to call comeone a spick while beating him to death. Everyone does it, even kindergarteners.

"street fight that ended tragically."

Amazing words. Street fight that ended tragically. Not a killing. There didn't seem to be any real fighting going on. It was a few racist idiots who decided they wanted to just have a little fun. So they ganged up on some random guy and kicked his head in.

Of course that's all irrelavent, they got rid of one part of our illegal immigration problem, give 'em a fucking medal. They're true patriotic americans. Kill the guy who looks different than you then say "oops, my bad". Well, it's not like he has a soul, he's not white OR legal.

What will it take to stop it. To wake up from your little dream and realize that sometime people kill people because they're different. Because they've been bred to feel they are wrong. Will it take a mass killing? Will it take another holocaust? How about one rich white christian straight boy. They should be worth 15 mexicans at least.

What will it take to make things change?

Two people? Five people? A thousand people?

How many human lives lost through ignorance and hatred until someone says "Ummm...something about this doesn't feel right"

How many?
