Hello all and NO, I am not against the Freedom and Real Rights of People. Today I'm taking a look at wwwarea's stamp called "IP Laws Violate Basic Human Rights" This concept outside of YouTube and DeviantART is so hard to understand. and yeah my Fun Page about DeviantART goes to far, sounded like I oppose freedom for the people, where in reality I'm actually claling out WorldEvents for Being Alt Right.

Introduction[edit]

"Please Note: I DO NOT believe in so-called "Artists Rights" that involves using IP laws to monopolize/control people with information that isn't effecting the original. I do not believe this is a human right and I do believe that all 'Monopoly' should be abolished. I may be one of those 'Free Culture' activist for the sake of Freedom of Expression. I am also a bit brave to post this. Because I really feel like I wanted to share a lot of this because I barely see anyone else post things like this maybe (That might be one reason) and considering it's not against the rules to make an opinion like this I think."

Oh please, you're more brave than that! carry on.

"I've been hearing stuff about the whole discussion of 'Art-Theft' and DA talks about the separated idea of 'Theft' and 'Copying', the idea that 'Tracing' has been used in history, and etc. The 'Moral Rights' thing is confusing to me. I do not think anyone should have a right to add moral "rights" to public domain areas. But speaking of Public Domain: It's of course, never even mentioned in the big part, or perhaps at all? (I didn't read it all)

Now people are complaining about the fact that 'Art-Theft' on here isn't really Art-Theft and that DA said that real art-theft involves a physical stealing. E.g. Stealing a painting. But I don't think DA is allowing Copyright Infringement, just that maybe they are trying to avoid confusions and delusions, and maybe show that some Tracing isn't legally infringement? idk.. Tracing is way too blurry, but I do agree it's helpful. This whole 'Art-Theft' thing reminded me of the time I first started to hear this 'theft' claim over things that are copied and published without permission. I had the exact same mind when I heard about it. It never made any sense to use 'Stealing' over something that isn't really stolen; the original is still there."

Argue the Motion Picture Association of America and companies like the Walt Disney Company with that logic. Nethertheless 'm not defending Copyright nor my viewpoints. I am saying you should spend time debating against The MPAA and The RIAA.

"So in the beginning, after hearing this idea of 'Copyright' and 'Intellectual Property', I was a type of person who wanted to help abolish IP laws, and wanted people to have there REAL rights back. The right to Freedom of Expression."

Somehow long after, you complain!!!! (I'm not against the idea that IP laws should abolished), All you have spend time is rage against TheDarkReindeer and fight n00bz like FunnelVortex, where you could said all of this information to Public Speaking. The Internet is Good, but its not enough, wwwarea is basically a generic DevianART user nobody cares about, well he has followers, but i don't think its enough to get his message about IP laws to the MASS public.

QUESTION: What REAL rights are you talking about and how is that going to accomplish anything?

The Resistence begins[edit]

"I understood a lot of the history, the fact that Copyright had an expiration date for a reason maybe, and the fact that, Intellectual Property is actually the real theft. Yes. That's right. Intellectual Property has been stealing our culture, our freedom, and etc. Under the delusional belief that 'Intellectual Property, is some kind of "property" but in reality, it's in fact, an 'Intellectual Monopoly'. I think it all starts with the fact that, Information can never be property. But governments created a very bad idea to make it a legal thing. That is the number one problem I believe. The very thing that created this whole mess, including delusional "rights"; leading to non-sense things like "Theft", or"Taking"; making people think that somehow, someone is really violating an actual human right of real property. Damn...

I know a very awesome person and an awesome website. The site has covered so much about Copyright and it's history."

HA! understanding how copyright works? then get a job as a Journalisty at TechDirt and then get a job as a Public University Teacher and start leading Youths in the REAL WORLD instead of talking all day on the Internet. Talk is Cheap, you know!

The Tipping Point[edit]

"After learning, learning, and learning, it may have came to the conclusion from one side, that Copyrights was never made by artists, but was made by a government for profit purposes. It was a censorship law originality. THERE WAS NEVER A MONOPOLY/IP 'ARTIST RIGHT' BEFORE. Even if there was, I would hope the Government ended that slavery long before too. Speaking of that, there is also another saying, which is often used from the site, Techdirt that the ORIGINAL PURPOSE of Copyright has been lost. (Nina Paley might of talked about this, can't remember) that Copyright was supposed to promote creativity and science."

Allow me to give you an answer..

“I think it all starts with the fact that, Information can never be property. But governments created a very bad idea to make it a legal thing.”

and They Justify it, because Its not the government’s fault that The Press Industry is whining and moaning about them losing money. Though It’s the government’s fault for believing and buying into nonsense but say it with me!

THE PRESS, THE MOVIE, THE MUSIC, THE VIDEOGAME and OTHER INDUSTRIES!!!

Oh yeah, Government can be bad, but thanks to Trump, Our nation gone drown the drain and yeah Mainstream Media is bad, but the "BIG Media" is calling Trump out for his bullshit, (https://www.thenation.com/article/economic-anxiety-didnt-make-people-vote-trump-racism-did/) (https://www.techdirt.com/articles/20180111/09493638985/trump-doesnt-understand-surveillance-powers-house-votes-to-give-him-more-it.shtml) and yeah TechDirt hates Trump, and they call him out...

“IP laws came, and what did it do ever sense it came? Prevent so much freedom of creativity. If IP laws came sooner than when we actually got, then a lot more things would of been prevented. Perhaps we wouldn't have our Internet, we wouldn't have houses, all the general 'idea content' we used from the public domain would of been restrictive, no Furry Fandom because that would also been protected, no MLP, no churches, no familiarity in School, perhaps no School at all, no 'flag' designs, no architecture... No culture.”

Then Money would never be invented, Then CBS, The Walt Disney Company, Star Wars, The Motion Picture Accusation of America would never exist if IP laws came sooner than we thought according to you. our government would be a infringement if it were to happen, you know what wwwarea? You should get a job as a School Teacher, A College Professor, A Lobbyist, A Politician and a Lawyer and challenge Intellectual Property.

Why?

/\ YOU SAID THIS!!! If “Copyrights, Patents, and Current Trademark (Certain odd trademark actions that doesn't serve it's original purpose) are all a joke” then get a job as a lawyer and politician then, hell start a movement physical, reveal YOUR real name to public outside of the Internet, do presentations, write a Damn Book and donate to The Free Culture Movement and join them!

“ I try to respect other member's 'rights', but morally, the only bad thing I find about copying and publishing it, is 'taking credit'. And that the reason why I am avoiding it is most likely because I just don't want to deal with 'law', 'policy', and etc.”

You’re not going to with law or policy, not when you have your opinion on a book, do physical research and use it as a hypothesis and use yourself as a test subject, write a book and publish it, start presentations for colleges and universities, write a Law for The United States of America and that’s how you express ideas. Also write a book with your real name.

“Sadly I actually had to have a license like this here, but if the law was abolished, then I probably couldn't, but that's alright I guess.”

You can, I mean I still ask “How do we fight PIRACY?”

"'Intellectual Property' is actually an 'Intellectual Monopoly' based off imaginary rights to violate real human rights; Freedom of Expression. Considering copying doesn't effect the original and the fact that 'Information cannot be property', using 'Intellectual Property' against 'certain freedom of expression' of any kind actually prevents the right to do anything off your own mind that contains information "Not yours" which is control/slavery, or to control/slave those who has a digital copy of something that isn't being effected. Even our current IP laws are telling people what they can and cannot do with real property such as phones, consoles, etc. like for example: "Do not mod it". 'Intellectual Property/Monopoly' is a censorship law, that controls individuals of what they can and cannot express. This even includes Patents; they can do the same thing, but to inventions.

Because of so much info I've learn from IP laws: Copyrights, Patents, and Current Trademark (Certain odd trademark actions that doesn't serve it's original purpose) are all a joke. Any monopoly is something I believe violates real human rights. And this is why I am a Free Culture fan, and a person who wishes to promote the idea of abolishing 'IP Laws'/Copyrights and Patents. Trademark can sometimes apply because it wasn't supposed to be part of 'Intellectual Property' but somehow got it's way into it. 'IP Laws violate Freedom."

"I am not saying I am just going to "Steal" someone's work and post it on DA. For DA, I try to respect other member's 'rights', but morally, the only bad thing I find about copying and publishing it, is 'taking credit'. And that the reason why I am avoiding it is most likely because I just don't want to deal with 'law', 'policy', and etc. I do not respect the idea of (And for example) an artist 'censoring fan's expression' just because an artist doesn't like what that fan did. It's monopoly.

SPEAKING OF TAKING CREDIT: Copyright's purpose has nothing to do with attribution. Though it can be used as a protection, but it wasn't the sole purpose.

I am still against 'Plagiarism', I do not like it when people copy and paste 'someone's work' without permission and then upload it as theirs."

What do I think? THAT Should be in a damn Best Selling BOOK! WRITE BOOK ABOUT THIS GODDAMMIT!

Conclusions[edit]

The page section about wwwarea, is just a waste of time and yeah he and Another-Realm are 2 differents, sorry, Going against basic Human Rights is NOT my intention.. well say what you will about RationalWiki, but I don't Care.

Seriously, my real thoughts on you 2: You 2 Really need to Write Books Dammit!!!

My thoughts on IP:

YEAH, I could understand how these 2 feel, but in my opinion Intellectual Property is like... Demanding people Money or they will take it down.. yeah, but I think they need to answer about The Economy, and yes Copyright has something to do with the Ecomony, but I digress..

Case and Point I don't CARE. :/
