Sorry this one came out looking a little hydrocephalic Nutty Roux 15:56, 7 April 2009 (EDT)

As well as a little Godwin's, IMHO. TheoryOfPractice 21:13, 16 April 2009 (EDT)

I'm still not feeling this one. When Andy actually condones lynching, then it's a fair attack. Otherwise it's intellectually dishonest, disrespectful to real victims and cheapens an important and shameful part of American history. TheoryOfPractice 21:30, 20 April 2009 (EDT)

I disagree. His creepy Aryanism from the language and music discussion clinched it for me. Thee Nuttish Talk 21:39, 20 April 2009 (EDT)

I agree with NR. Enough WASP nonsense has been spouted to justify this. User:Theemperor/Sig/Sig

I see where both of you are coming from, and this is complex. I don't doubt that Andy has some racist/Social Darwinist (oh, the irony) ideas. (I don't doubt that alomst anyone but the Dalai Lama has some thoughts about different types of people buried away in the back of their head that are less than pleasant. Most of us learn to deal with it.) But I think there's a bit of a gap between the racist ideas he has clearly expressed on CP to being a member of the Klan. And I'm not saying it's an impossible gap to cross--it's probably a fairly easy jump to make. But until he makes it himself, I'm not sure that we should be making it for him.TheoryOfPractice 21:50, 20 April 2009 (EDT). PS: NR--I don't do "off-wiki" conversations unless there's a real need. Breaks the 4th wall. TheoryOfPractice 21:50, 20 April 2009 (EDT)
I've made my point as well as I can make it. You're correct that there's a gap to cross that Andy's not expressly crossed on his own, although I hope I'm not being presumptuous believing we're pretty much all in agreement that he would subscribe to the KKK agenda in all but name from the limited evidence we have of him, particularly from the Germanic exchange I referred to and which has been abundantly discussed. I'm not inclined to jump ship on this one and just delete it to the extent I "own" it. I made this image because I think it makes a valid point for commentary and parody. I told Human I was more concerned about the Klansman's body than Andy's face. Thee Nuttish Talk 22:01, 20 April 2009 (EDT)
delete I reckon. Ace McWickedbitch and moan 22:04, 20 April 2009 (EDT)
Support of the BNP is not anything at all like the Klan? According to WP, they say some pretty nasty things, some downright Klannish
  • They asserts that there are biological racial differences that determine the behaviour and character of individuals of different races
  • They restrict party membership to "indigenous British ethnic groups deriving from the class of ‘Indigenous Caucasian’"
  • Dislike Muslims, Jews, and other ethnic minorities

If supporting that doesn't make you Klannish, I don't know what does. User:Theemperor/Sig/Sig 22:14, 20 April 2009 (EDT)

Well to be fair, Andy doesn't "support the BNP," because he's too ignorant to know the first thing about them. That whole episode showed how easy it is to dupe him into saying something stupid. He saw one policy of theirs (education?) that resonated with him and wilfully ignored anything else. Show me where he said: "I support the entirety of the BNP agenda because of x, y, and z." You won't find it. You will find a lot of stuff that makes it clear he has no idea what's going on. That makes him stupid, not a Klansman. TheoryOfPractice 22:21, 20 April 2009 (EDT)
I only just noticed this. Why has the delete tag been removed this appears unresolved. I have to agree with Ace an TOP, Andy might occasionally say stupid and ignorant things about other races, but he is in no way a white supremacist and to call him one could be liable if it effects his job/source of income. I move this be deleted. - π 06:46, 11 June 2009 (UTC)
"Breaks the 4th wall." That's what we do here. Question: Is Andy a racist/closet racist? I'd say "yes", but if I had to prove my case I'd have to do some "research" - you know, that thing Andy is incapable of. Andy as KKK? I'll buy it for now. Prove it wrong? ħumanUser talk:Human 07:01, 11 June 2009 (UTC)
I thought this had already been deleted? Ace McWickedDisco Jesus 07:06, 11 June 2009 (UTC)
I suspect during the time since it was uploaded and challanged, Andy has probably managed to fulfill some embarrassing predictions. Hence, elle sur-viva! ħumanUser talk:Human 07:18, 11 June 2009 (UTC)
(EC)That is absolute bullshit, Human and logically backwards. You are the one making the assertion that Andy is a racist, it is up to you to show it. I can't believe this dislike of Andy has reached this extreme. What you said is on par with his stupid, "here is a few choice mined quotes and facts that show Obama is a Muslim, prove it wrong". Even Andy's mundane, subtle dislike of non-WASP American culture is not racism of the level of the KKK. We deal in facts and reason here, not hyperbole and "insights". - π 07:20, 11 June 2009 (UTC)
Wow, I thought I had some facts behind me - but if I am wrong, if I am simply guilty here of assuming all wrongs are accrued to Andy, hell, delete it. But I must say, "Andy might occasionally say stupid and ignorant things about other races" is pretty damning for someone who professes and takes money to teach children. Maintain the perspective. Andy teaches children. Andy takes money for teaching children. Andy promotes himself as a teacher of children. "Andy might occasionally say stupid and ignorant things about other races". Just think about that for a moment. ħumanUser talk:Human 07:26, 11 June 2009 (UTC)

Andy might occasionally say stupid and ignorant things about other races[edit]

"Andy might occasionally say stupid and ignorant things about other races"

So far this is the best defense offered for Andy here. Gawd, I'd hate to hear that said about me. And, you know, it might or could be said - out of context. We have Andy's context, and this was said to defend him.

Let me once again quote:

Andy might occasionally say stupid and ignorant things about other races - on conservapedia, where he teaches [sic] children for money. ħumanUser talk:Human 07:29, 11 June 2009 (UTC)
That is really only a case for why he is a bad teacher, not why he is the political equivalent of a Klansman. - π 07:43, 11 June 2009 (UTC)
"Andy might occasionally say stupid and ignorant things about other races" - bad teaching? Or just a closet racist? I am quoting here the best defense of Andy by someone inclined to dislike him. Think about that for a moment. ħumanUser talk:Human 07:47, 11 June 2009 (UTC)
Personally I dont like this image. It makes us look bad, not Andy. Ace McWickedDisco Jesus 08:17, 11 June 2009 (UTC)
Unless you can find something supportive of actual white supremacy in Andy's comments I am deleting it, I will restore it if you can find something he said that would imply Klan-sympathism. - π 11:19, 11 June 2009 (UTC)
