Forum:Gulf War Syndrome
Dear Rational Wiki Editors
I noticed that someone finally created the Gulf War Syndrome article that I've been looking for a long time, i noticed that something was missing, a clue that is not so visible for some folks, Do you know about the recent FDA Advice against the use of "Fluoroquinolones" Antibiotics? Cipro is in this family of antibiotics, it has a bad rep among pediatricians because of the damage it can cause to the minors bones and cartilages, but it may be harming more than children, btw this drug was given to soldiers in the Gulf war

Please i beg the people responsible for the Gulf war article to take some time to read about this issue, its called Fluoroquinolone Toxicity Syndrome

- Another useful link: Quinolone § Adverse effects. Quote;
- "Nervous system effects include insomnia, restlessness, and rarely, seizure, convulsions, and psychosis[21] Other rare and serious adverse events have been observed with varying degrees of evidence for causation.[22][23][24][25]"
