Fun:Outside the USA

Outside the USA refers to variants of spelling, units and the like used by the tiny minority of the world's population who live outside the United States of God's Own America (roughly 96% of the human race)
Example: "celiac disease (spelt coeliac outside the USA)". That should be: "Coeliac disease, mis-spelt celiac by Americans". What's the emoticon for an indulgent self-deprecating smile?
Note: sometimes the Americans are right. IUPAC says sulfur not sulphur. But, Americans, it also says aluminium not aluminum (which was a deliberate bit of marketing bullshit).
