I say! What a splendid party this is![edit]
I am astounded by the clarity in which this noble endeavor is presented. Please, come by my house later for iced tea and sex. Long live the RationalWiki Jacobins!--68.96.52.71 (talk) 17:36, 17 May 2011 (UTC)
If anybody cares[edit]
Would the members of the party like to review our platform to align with the proposal by tmtoulouse?--User:Brxbrx/sig 19:15, 22 May 2011 (UTC)
- I'm going to go with "yes." The moderator position blocks for trolling, that seems to be in line with our party platform. The rest isn't so dramatically different from what we want.--User:Brxbrx/sig 22:54, 24 May 2011 (UTC)
Go to hell you filthy pig[edit]
Goat[edit]
Join the Ten Thousand Butts Party. It's way better. Nebuchadnezzar (talk) 17:34, 17 May 2011 (UTC)
- The party you recommend has a rather vague platform and would manage very little. The fact is, we need to sort out this user rights nonsense, as unappealing as that may be.---brxbrx 17:40, 17 May 2011 (UTC)
Why isn't this in userspace?[edit]
Nutty Roux (talk) 23:10, 19 May 2011 (UTC)
- the other parties aren't. I just wanted to fit in.---brxbrx 23:11, 19 May 2011 (UTC)
- The Monty Python jokes? Those parties?Nutty Roux (talk) 23:12, 19 May 2011 (UTC)
- Mine and the Ten thousand butts party do not seem to be based off of Life of Brian---brxbrx 23:17, 19 May 2011 (UTC)
- Would you like to move them all into appropriate userspaces or shall I? Nutty Roux (talk) 23:18, 19 May 2011 (UTC)
- I think they're fine as they are. RationalWiki space, I believe, is meant for rules and politics. These clearly pertain to rules and politics. ---brxbrx 23:44, 19 May 2011 (UTC)
- I don't agree. You're doing partisan wiki politics. Nutty Roux (talk) 00:44, 20 May 2011 (UTC)
- It's a wiki project.---brxbrx 00:51, 20 May 2011 (UTC)
- It's partisan wiki politics. That's not a general interest RW project. Nutty Roux (talk) 01:11, 20 May 2011 (UTC)
- it's meant to improve the wiki. it's in a similar vein to other recent ventures proposing change in this space. if you feel this strongly about it, I guess you can orchestrate the move to another space (user space doesn't seem to fit, since the parties include more people than their founders), but it doesn't seem worth making such a big deal out of.---brxbrx 01:27, 20 May 2011 (UTC)
