Quick, easy and surprisingly tasty.
Ingredients[edit]
- Serves 3-5
- 200g pasta
- 2×200g cans chopped tomato
- 180g tuna (1 normal can)
- 1 clove, garlic
- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2tbsp olive oil
- Fresh basil
Instructions[edit]
- Heat the oil in a pan and cook the garlic for a minute or so
- Add the cayenne and cook for another minute
- Chuck in the tomato and cook for about 10 mins
- While that's going on, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet
- Stir the tuna into the sauce and cook until it all melds together - about 5 mins more
- Either put that pasta into a bowl and pour the sauce over it so it's pretty
- Or stir the pasta into the sauce and make a splodge of it
- Tear the basil and garnish the dish
