Talk:Fourth Amendment

Just listened to an episode of the podcast "More Perfect" where they outline how the police have been using a supreme court justice ruling on the 4th amendment as it pertains to police shootings to their advantage and is primarily how they're getting away with disproportionately killing so many black males. I'm obviously a layman so I can't speak to the voracity of their argument but I thought it might be relevant to this section, and if anyone with expertise wants to weigh in and possibly even make an edit that incorporates this point of view if it is indeed relevant. Of course, they could have it all wrong for all I know.
